I hereby confirm that our Company was visited 12th Feb 2020 the site location, and to get
information’s related the site situation and affect the provision of the goods and execution of the
works. In this regard, our Company acknowledges the following:
 the security situation, workforce and materials availability;
 landscaping
 Existing elements such as buildings, steel canopies, cables, pipes, trees, plants, shrubs,
etc.;
 Surface and sub-surface conditions,
 Means of access to the site;
 Availability of necessary water and electricity
 Availability of adequate space for the storage of building materials.

Our Company also acknowledges that if awarded with a Contract, it will be therefore fully and
solely responsible to obtain all rights of access and to ensure the supply of the necessary
materials to implement the project in the site. In addition, it acknowledges and will be prepared
to address delays and costs associated with work stoppages or seizure of equipment.
Our Company here by proves that FAO is not responsible for providing financial compensation
for any loss or damage to Company personnel, equipment, power plant or machinery.
