Activity 2: What Can You Say?

The picture depicts different basketball player showing how flexible they are in the game, and it shows their
cardiovascular endurance. In every picture there are different movements that shows different level of flexibility +
cardiovascular endurance. For the player to these kind of movements he must possessed a tough body and strong
muscles so that the injury may prevented.

Activity 3: My Goals!

I expect to enjoy this topic since basketball is such a fun sports. I really like to engage in the team
sports because it will improve my socialization and coordination between people. I want to learn
the very deepest part of this topic. I want to enjoy it as well.
