A TRAINING DESIGN FOR THE CONDUCT OF 3rd QUARTER SCHOOL

MONITORING EVALUATION AND PLAN ADJUSTMENT (SMEPA) FOR SCHOOL
YEAR 2021-2022

I. RATIONALE:

The Department of Education (DepEd) is a learner-centered institution and continuously

improves the quality of teaching and nurturing the abilities of students. The school
administrators, faculty and staff, parents, community and stakeholders eagerly help and hone the
learners with their knowledge.

The conduct of School Monitoring Evaluation and Plan Adjustment (SMEPA) on this Third
Quarter focuses on the explicitness of learners in terms of enrolment, learning modality, delivery
of modules, and academic performance in this time of pandemic. The participation of Barangay
and Municipal Representatives of Education and related matters, as well as the school’s
stakeholders shows a tough collaboration between the school administration and community.

The progress and development of the SMEPA will benefit the whole studentry of this
institution.

II. OBJECTIVES

This quarter of SMEPA is enable the school to give attention about the issues and concerns
regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of the delivery of the program.
It aims to:
1. Inform the stakeholders and teachers of the status of the enrolment for 3 consecutive
years.
2. Give attention to problem presented especially in relation to learners’ welfare.
3. Produce optimum solutions to the problems presented.

III. PARTICIPANTS

There will be twenty-four (24) teaching and non-teaching personnel of SLLNHS, School
Governing Council, LGU-Barangay Dumaguil, and School Head.

IV. VENUE AND DATE OF MEETING

The activity will be held in School Gymnasium of Sergio L. Legayada National High School
on December 10, 2021 at 8:00 o’clock in the morning.

VII. FINANCIAL SUPPORT

Snacks of the participants shall be funded by the School’s MOOE.
