Sir,

Faisalabad Cattle Market Management Company (FCMMC) is Company set

up, under Section 42 of The Companies Ordinance, 1984, by the Government of Punjab, in
compliance with Section 195-B of Punjab Local Government Ordinance, 2001 and Section
146-A of Punjab Local Government Act, 2013, to establish, organize, manage, operate and
regulate cattle markets in Faisalabad Division and provide a secured and congenial business
environment to sellers, buyers and service providers in market with no distortions and
exploitations by middlemen and contractor mafia.

As a part of income generation support activities, FCMMC outsource, through

open auctions, shops etc. to the contractors, awarded through written agreements, who largely
deposit installments of contract amounts in time. However, in some extreme cases deposit of
installments are delayed by the contractors. Copies of agreements are attached at Annexure-
A.

Please find attached herewith list of _______ defaulters of FCMMC having

total outstanding amount Rs. _____________ for declaration as recoverable under Arrears of
Land Revenue (ALR) and advise the concerned Revenue Department Staff to recover
outstanding balance from FCMMC defaulters. A list of defaulters with complete particulars is
attached at Annexure-B.
