The undersigned counsel and unto the Honorable Court, respectfully state to the
defendants that the parties will submit first their Compromise Agreement within 10 days or on
the 15 of January 2015. Second, her brother and her Co-Defendant will sign the Compromise
Agreement on Defendant Hannah Dy’s behalf. Lastly, this Motion will not delay the instant
proceedings but filed solely by reasons of foregoing.
