LEARNING ACTIVITY: Discuss the nature of environmental issues
REFERENCE: MAPEH BOOK 355-360
CONCEPT NOTES:
Current Environmental Issues In The Philippines
Like other nations around the world, the Philippines is faced with many environmental problems.
Natural disasters like typhoons, floods and earthquakes happen throughout the year. There are several

and flash floods.

environmental threats and their effects to the environment and community:
1. Climate Change
2.Conservation Threats
3. Environmental Health
4.Land Used
5. Mining
6. Nuclear
7. Overpopulation and Health
