 Unit/Facility: Transmission line during Pakse Substation to Xepian-Xenamnoy line No1&2 was
tripped by distance relay protection trip then CB 80112, 80122,80222, 80232 was tripped.
 Summary:
 Distance relay TL Pakse-Xepian line1 trip at 79.3 Km and Pakse-Xepian line2 trip at 94.3 Km
protection system worked by commanding to trip CB 80112, 80122,80222, 80232 after that Auto-
Recloser 3 pole worked by commanding CB 80122 reclosed.

 Then we can command to close CB on SCADA step by step.
