Adjectives are describing words that tells us more about persons,
animals, places and things.
Types Of Adjectives
Adjective of quality is an adjective that tells us about the kind or
nature of a person, thing or animal. Eg. Small, big , large, great etc.
It answers the question : what kind of?
Adjective of quantity is an adjective that tells us about the quantity of a thing.
Eg. Some, enough, much, little etc..

Examples:
1. I have enough time to
complete the homework.
2. The teacher gave me some
homework for Sunday.
3. There is little milk in the
bottle.
4. He borrowed some money
from his friend.
Adjective of number is an adjective that tells us about the number of persons,
things or animals. Eg One, two, many, all , few etc. It is used with countable nouns.
It answers the question : how many?

Examples:
1. Many women were not present there.
2. He had five rupees in his pocket.
3. My son is standing first in the line.
Demonstrative adjective is an adjective which is used to point out naming
words. Eg This, that, those, these, etc.
It answers the question : which one?
Interrogative adjectives is an adjective which asks a question.
Eg What, whose, which etc.
