The Quantumpulators Team Contract

1. Member Roles in Project

Everyone is responsible for writing their bios for the About Us page and including an optional

picture. Everyone is also responsible for submitting their works cited and referenced source in

MLA 8 format. Everyone will work together on the argument of policy and contribute their own

evidence and reasoning from individual research.

Bernette’s role will be to contribute to the problem statement from the consumption lens.

Cody’s role will be to contribute to the problem statement from the pollution lens.

Camille’s role will be to contribute to the problem statement from the determination of price

lens. Camille will mainly work on the mission statement.

Vi-Linh’s role will be to contribute to the problem statement from the production lens. Vi-Linh

will also put the website together.

2. Internal Timeline

Everyone should contribute their ideas, reasoning, and evidence to the argument of policy and

work on the call to action together by May 25, 2022.

Each member should complete researching their contribution to the problem statement by May

29, 2022.

Each member should complete their bio by May 29, 2022.

The group should send MLA 8 works cited to Vi-Linh by June 4, 2022.

Vi-Linh should complete website and send link to group by June 6, 2022.

3. External Timeline

Everyone should have completed their part for the website by according to the internal timeline

so that the deadlines set by the professor of June 7, 2022 can be adequately met, and to account

for unforeseen fixes and edits that may have to be made.

4. Team Captain

Our team captain will be Vi-Linh and will submit the link to the final website by June 6, 2022. If

the group is divided and cannot come to a compromise by an important deadline, she will make

the final decision.

5. Official Form of Communication

Our official form of communication is text messaging through phone numbers. Everyone is

expected to communicate with the group through the group chat and respond within a reasonable

amount of time when necessary.

6. Rewards and Sanctions

We will celebrate accomplishments through verbal praise and recognition in the group chat.

If a member of the group fails to meet his/her delegated assignments in the internal and external

timeline and possibly causing another member to pick up his/her slack, a notice will be sent to

Professor Maples about said group member’s failure to complete his/her part of the assignment

and will be noted in the submission of the assignment.

We will ensure that workload is distributed fairly by making group decisions and making sure

everyone agrees on how the work is divided. If one person has an objection, they should address

their concerns and the rest of the members will in response, express their opinions until the group

comes to a consensus.
