The Benefits of Blended Learning (5A/5B/6A/6B)

At Champion Learning Academy, we are taking steps to enhance the learning experience of all our
students. One of the ways that we are making this possible is by taking advantage of a blended learning
environment, combining the best features of traditional onsite learning, as well as utilizing the technology
available with online learning. Research has noted that the combination of these factors encourages
improved tracking of student progress, communication between student, parent; staff, personalized
instruction, improved student outcomes. And enhancing positive interaction among the students. This
will occur in a classroom setting that will use laptops, projectors, whiteboards in aiding in teacher
instruction and student learning.

 Half-Day/ Early Release Days
Students will be picked up from school on time on all early release days which showed on the school calendar.
There will be enrichment activities such as reading, art/crafting, STEM games, or technology time for students on these special
days. Please bring your own lunch, snacks, and water bottle.
If necessary, you can drop off lunch at Champion around 12:00 p.m.. Please call the office first at 919-388-1739 to notify your arrival.
