1.0 INTRODUCTION
Early childhood education is early childhood education. A basic understanding of children is
necessary for educators who wish to venture into this field. Practices appropriate for
childrens development and learning include various aspect of development and learning.
These practise must be understood by educators and form the basic for implementing the
early childhood education curriculum. Understanding and awareness of early childhood
education will improve the quality of instruction.
Learning experiences will enable student to listen and respon with appropriate verbal and
nonverbal responses, communicate in simple sentence and with understand simple
sentences and write words and phrase.
1.1 LANGUANGE
Language literally refers to a system of sounds, words and form or sentence structure that
human use to communication and this communication can take place in both verbal and non
-verbal forms.
There are four components that need to be improved in children language development
namely phonological development, semantics, grammar and pragmatic development.
According to the Dewan kamus Third Edition (1996:87), language is a system of sound
symbols used as a means of communication within a group of people.
Arbak (1983:40), issuing his opinion on linguists has first issued his opinion in why linguists
have first sought to give meaning to what is said to be ‘language’. Strictly speaking, this is
important because the language itself is a direct material that is the focus of his study,
especially in an effort to show its function as a tool used by humans to communicate with
other human beings.
Thus, based on the above definitions of language has a system, consisting of sound,
arbitrary, learned and not inherited as well as a means of communication.
1
In fact, information technology is not only focused on the internet and computers but
includes televisions, telephones, mobile phones, faxes, telegram, PDAS and satellite
systems in conveying information.
There are three important basic in the use of information technology.
Information technology is to collect information used to make edits using technology.
To manipulate information and re-process image.
Used to communicate that is to explain how information technology is used to
communicate to obtain information technology is used to communicate to obtain
information from source to the recipient.
in addition, teachers can encourage students to use the funbrain during free time in the
classroom. funbrain will ensure that preschool children can learn to pronounce syllables thus
improving children's social interaction skills and can improve and learn new phrases in
English because this funbrain uses English.
2
Funbrain games help student build what on what they have learned in class and aquired new
skill reading, math and problem solving. This make the site a great supplement for students
who may need extra practice outside of school hour.
The game themselves focus on languange arts and math, so students can have fun while
mastering these subject.
Remind student that rhyming words have the same ending sound.
Through songs and animations that are watched on youtube, children will be able to recite
and learn rhymes, songs and poems that are usually done with finger movements and body
movements. While reciting rhyming language and poetry children can improve sound
manipulation skills in speech which are phonemic skills.
In addition these phonemic skills also cover children's sensitivity to the initial and final
sounds of words, the breakdown of sounds in words and sentences. Songs that have a
variety of themes can also help improve children’s vocabulary. However, teachers need to
wisely choose songs that suit the theme and interests of children.
Usually songs that use simple language and have repetitive phrases are easier for children
to remember and in turn become their favorite songs. As a result children will be able to
improve their vocabulary and they will be able to use that vocabulary in other contexts.
Through the repetition of a song, children can indirectly practice pronouncing words to
improve the fluency of pronunciation of words.

2.3 Digital Flash cards Abc
Playing digital flash cards is able to interest children to learn while playing next will interest
children to focus on the lessons taught. Through digital plash cards, children will be able to
add vocabulary because this digital Flash card game has a new vocabulary that is rarely
heard. this new vocabulary learning is very important for children’s language skills.
Learning through digital flash cards can also train skills in listening and speaking skills. while
playing flash cards children will learn to understand through listening, after which children
will imitate the word. this condition will train the child's listening and language skills so that
they are confident to face the future.
With the digital student can add an extra side and create three sided cards. The extra side is
another piece of information student can flip. This can be different things a piece of sound
when student clicks the cards they hear a piece of sound. This is typically used for studing
vocabulary.

2.4 Power point presentation
Powerpoints is widely used by businessmen teachers, students and students because of its
uncomplicated use and many designs or templates that will make the presentations look
more attractive.
Theme: Vegetable
As in the vegetable theme sub vegetable theme teachers can show vegetable through video
or pictures and this can be one of the new and fun experiences for children, they will watch
videos like watching in the cinema with friends and from the experience of watching video
and pictures. They can tell what they have witnessed. Through these activities can develop
children’s coginitive and language skills.

3.1 Interactive
The use of e-learning in the classroom will be able to attract children to continue learning
and focus on what is taught by their teacher. Children’s natural instinct to focus for long time
is very weak so with the availability of interactive learning medium based on ICT will attract
their interest.
In language learning for example with the use of computers they will not be able to learn to
pronounce correctly because they only hear the words from the audio played by the
computer. Their articulation will be less correct and inaccurate. The diction that comes out of
the computer is also very limited because children will not learn more that was ben set by
their teacher alone and student cannot apply the diction in their lives properly because they
cannot clearly know the use of the diction. Then their level skill communication will be very
weak. They will not be able to use appropriate sentence phrase because of their weakness
in the aspect of diction selection.
This is because the student just sit and play computer games. They only think about how
they can win in the game alone from the social-emotional point of view the child has a selfish
nature and does not want to give up. The nature is good however if is applied in their lives in
all situations it becomes something that is not good for them as it given a negative influence.
The children will of course only think of their own interests and not want to give up. The
nature good however if it is applied in their lives in all situations it becomes something that is
not good for them as it give a negative influence. For example in kindergarten children like
this will not share their toys and if there is a competition they will try to dominate the
competition and will be very disappointed if they lose the competition.

5.0 CONCLUSION
The rapid progress and development in the field of information technology must be fully
utilized in producing a society and generation that is knowledgeable and wise in governing
the country in the future. Although there are those who say that the use of computers in early
education is less necessary due to the unwillingness of student to accept is but such views
need to be corrected so that all parties whether parents, guardians, teacher and society as
awhole need to see the importance of mastering these skills. When the time comes.
