ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON THE


SCHOOL ESIP APPRAISAL

I. Introduction
In adherence to DepEd Order No. 44 s., 2015 known as the Guidelines on the
Enhanced School Improvement Planning (ESIP) and School Report Card (SRC), Bangad
Elementary School crafted the Enhanced School Improvement Plan 2019-2022 following the
guidelines as stipulated in the said order. It was done thoroughly to ensure that programs
and projects developed was right for our learners. This ESIP will serve as our guide in the
improvement of problem-solving and planning processes throughout the year and helps us
in identifying and organizing resources and strategies that will lead to increased pupils
achievement and strengthen stakeholders partnership in attaining our dream for our end-
clientele.

And to further assess our processes, a School ESIP Appraisal Committee were
organized to ensure the validity, reliability and consistency of the documents being
presented during the data gathering. This School Appraisal Committee used the tools issued
by the Division office. Thus School ESIP appraisal team highlights the importance of School
ESIP processes in identifying what was done and what to be done in order to ensure the
realization of DepEd VMG.

II. Accomplishment
In compliance to Division Memorandum stating that School ESIP Appraisal were
being conducted prior to Division ESIP appraisal, this office through a School Memorandum,
created the School Appraisal Committee (SAC) and conducted the School ESIP Appraisal
last July 18, 2019 at the Principal’s Office. At first, the School Head orient all the Members of
the SAC on what to be done. She also gave all members of the committee an assigned task
on what could be his/her role in the appraisal process. After giving such task, the appraisal
process began. They revisit the ESIP and check if the requirements were met and if the
documents are accurate complete and correct. Upon checking the completeness of the
documents, It was found out that the school’s ESIP can be recommendation to District
Office.
