ISSUES/AREAS PRO GLOBALIZATION AGAINST GLOBALIZATION

Technology It helps each country to be technology
literate. Globalization increased the
productivity of life of every citizen of the
country. It brings several benefits for
every people specially when their
profession requires the use of
technology.
Economy I support the idea of globalization in
terms of economy. It helps to increase
the capabilities of the countries economy
to sustain and meet the needs of every
citizen that needs their help. Since every
country has its lacking when it comes to
resources, they could take advantage of
globalization to import or gain
knowledge by communicating to the
other countries.
Healthcare I totally agree in globalization when it
comes to health. Due to the limited
resource of our country our government
cannot provide the best health care that
is needed by every Filipinos.
Globalization helps to provide new
health care knowledge and low-cost
health technologies.
Education Since many Filipinos are deciding to
continue their profession abroad the
Philippine government decided to align
the educational system of the Philippines
 to what is globally accepted and this
helps every Filipino practitioner to used
what they have studied in the
Philippines to their work in abroad
instead of applying to a job which is not
connected to their degrees.

1. What is your resolution regarding your opinion/decision stated in the template above?
Regarding to the opinion I have stated above, we can really assume the importance of
globalization to every part of our life from the healthcare benefits that it could bring, the
technological advancement it could provide, its advantage in economy up to the quality education
that a student like me can gain. Globalization is a big advantage to a country who has a goal of
improving and providing the best for his citizens because through globalization we can adapt to
changes and it gives us knowledge that we could use in the near future.

2. What have you learned?

I have learned that to improve and develop a country which is also applicable to individual you
should adapt to changes and form alliance with the country or person that could help you and an
individual or country that may needed your help too. Through this you could provide them
something while you are gaining something and that is what globalization could provide in our
life.

3. What have realized and appreciated?

I appreciated the essence of providing and giving in the form of globalization. In order improve
you must have a goal that focuses on the improvement of the majority and not for your own
security. The globalization focuses on improvement of the everybody and not just a specific
country. Therefore, we must instill in our minds that if we are capable of receiving something we
are also capable of giving.

4. What have you discovered?

 I have discovered the significance of globalization in our country. I have discovered that almost
everything that we have in our home was due to the globalization that we have. I have discovered
that form the moment I was born I am being influence by the impact of the globalization.
