    providing two (2) sea turtle nest cages to be used in the two reported and verified sea turtle nests
    situated at Brgy. Ransohan, Lucena City. This request will greatly help in protecting the sea turtle
    eggs before hatching due to its vulnerability to both human and animal disturbances that are
    present in the location of the said sea turtle nests.
