What is procedure text?
Procedure text is text that explain how
to make something works or how to
use instruction / operation manuals.
Example:
How to use computer
How to make fried rice
How to iron the clothes
 The purpose of procedure text
The purpose procedural text is to tell the reader how to
do or make something. The information is presented in
a logical sequence of events which is broken up into
small sequenced steps. These texts are usually written
in the present tense. The most common example of a
procedural text is a recipe.

1. Use imperative sentence (commands), ex: cut, do, don’t mix, etc

4. Using adverbial to declare the detailed time, place an accurate
way, ex: for 5 minutes, 2 hours, etc

blended ice cappuccino
Materials:

1/2 cup of strong coffee

1 cup of ice cubes
2 cup skim milk
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 cup of cream
Whipped cream (optional)
 How to make
Steps:
blended ice cappuccino
Brew a cup of coffee. Let it cool.
Put the ice cubes in the blender and pour the coffee over them.
Add milk, sugar, and cream.
Blend them all on medium speed until the ice is completely crushed.
Pour the mixture into a glass.
Top it off with whipped cream.
