I. After reviewing your previous submissions (Part 1 and Part 2), please complete the
Personal SWOT Analysis (see below—please use the table to show your work).

II. Based on Part 1, Part 2, and the SWOT Analysis, please answer the following
questions.

Am I spending time on what I value?

Relate time management data from Part 1 to the values you articulated in Part 2. Use the time
management data to justify your answer.

In some ways I am where in other areas I am not. I do well at focusing on my schoolwork to

learn from what they are teaching me. As I hang out with my friends, I feel that I am humble
with them in our fellowship. Although throughout my Time Management Journal I have a strong
lack of discipline. I must work on developing my discipline to further give me more time to act
on my mission.

How well does my (long-term) vision shape my (short-term, day-to-day) decisions about
time management?
Relate time management data from Part 1 to the vision you articulated in Part 2.

I could definitely work on my daily tasks so that I can fulfill my vision. I spend a lot time that
could be used better in the light of my vision. I could spend a lot more time digging into the
Word if I did not focus my time on doing non-pressing homework or hanging out with friends. I
do think that I do well in respect to fellowship with Christians.

Am I spending time in ways that help me fulfill God’s call on my life?
Relate time management data from Part 1 to the mission you articulated in Part 2. Use the time
management data to justify your answer.

I would say that I do spend my time with my mission in mind, but I definitely could improve.
While I do my best to act as an ambassador of Christ to everyone, I meet there are some
personality traits that I can work on to better portray Christ in my life. I think I do great with
trying to share the knowledge that I have learned with my friends and the people I talk to
throughout my day.

Given my current mission, what do I need to be doing less of? More of?
Use Part 1, Part 2, and the SWOT analysis to refine these priorities.

I need to spend less time:

1. Seeking entertainment instead of being productive
2. Filling time with useless activities
3. Hanging out with friends when I have a great amount of homework to do

I need to spend more time:

1. Discussing with others what I have been learning in class
2. Sharing the Gospel to others
3. Digging into the Word of God
