# Theinitial estimatesmaynotinclude civil, plumbing, gas-pipingorelectrical work.Theexactvalueof the quotewill dependonthe site conditions. Backpanelswouldbe
constructedofthe samecabinetcorematerialforall products.

InstallationChecks
# Finalcoatofpaintshouldbedoneafter completion ofinteriorwork.If anycivil workis doneatsite including- falseceiling, electrical, plumbing, gas piping, walldemolition,
wallpartition etc,weareunableto avoidhandmarks,scratchesduringinstallation.
CancellationPolicy

At Rhetorci,wewish to see everyordersucceed. However,since wetoo dependon otherstakeholders(such as manufacturers, rawmaterialproviders, accessorysuppliers),
therearetimeswhenweneedto makechangesto ourpricesandmaterialofferings.Insuchsituations, weoweit to ourcustomers to befair andtransparent,alsoallowing
themtocanceltheirorderif thesituationdemands.Inallothercases,refertothetablebelow:

Notes:
i. Time periodiscomputedfromthedateof orderbook(05%payment receivedbyRhetoric)
ii. DesignStage:Stage after 10%payment hasbeenmadeandbeforethe(10%+40%)payment is madeanddesignsareacceptedbythe Rhetoric
productionteam.
iii. ProductionStage:Stageafter 40%payment hasbeenmade andbeforethe100%payment ismade.
iv. Nocash amount shall be refunded in such cases. However, Rhetoricproducts can be purchased by the customerto the extent of the advance
amountpaid,within12monthsoforderbooking.Incasea purchaseisnotmadeorapartialpurchase ismade,thebalance amountsshallbedeemed
to be forfeited. This is not valid for projects where 40%payment has already been collected. If 12 months have elapsed fromthe date of order
booking,fullamountpaidwillbedeemedforfeited.
v. Nocashamountshallberefundedinsuchcases. However,Rhetoricproductscanbe purchasedbythecustomertothe extentof50%of the
advanceamountpaid,within12monthsoforderbooking.Balance50%shallbedeductedasdesignandmarketingcosts.
vi. Aproject cannot becancelledonce thedesignsare finalizedandtheproject is underproduction.Thecustomer shallnotreceiveanyrefundif the
projectiscancelledandfurtherthecustomershall beobligatedtopaytheremainingordervalueoftheprojecttotheCompany.
5 YearWarranty
All yourwoodworkis coveredunderthe Rhetoric5 yearwarranty.Thissafeguardsyouagainstanydefectin manufacturing orin installation workmanship.
All accessories,hardwareandappliancesarecoveredasperthe respectiveManufacturer’sWarrantyPolicy

Foranypost-handoverconcerns,pleaseraise yourrequestthrough+91 9874535748
Weprovideonefreeofcost servicevisit to the site within 6 monthsofthe handover.Thisisputin placeto addressroutineserviceswhichcover movingparts like
hinges,channelsetc. OurCareteamwill contactyouto schedulethe visit. Theserviceaddresses issueslike minoralignment, loosepartsetc. It also coversgeneral
alignmentcheckofallshutters,lofts, thefunctioning ofdrawersandallaccessories,andanyadditional concealedwiringneedsfortheTVconsole.
Sincebydesign,theproductshavealotofmovingparts,ourproductmayneedoccasionalre-alignmentsandservicing.Shouldtherebeany
serviceandmaintenancecallsafterthefreeservice,theywillbedoneona chargeablebasis.Rhetoric’scurrentservicevisit feeis a sumofRs. 750(RupeesSeven
HundredandFifty) pervisit. Thisvisit includes re-alignment ofall products, butwithoutanyreplacements.Thisrequest will haveto beraised bythe customer

Duringthisvisit, if anitemis foundto befaulty,thesamewillbereplacedbasedonthebelowscenarios:
a. Ifworkinvolvedisonlyreplacement ofitemscoveredunderwarranty,andnoother realignment/replacement,thesumofRs750willbewaivedoff
b. Iftheworkincludes re-alignment ofunitsand/or replacement ofitemsnot coveredunderwarranty(duetophysicaldamage,continuouswater
leakage,rusting,etc),thecost ofreplacement willbeoverandaboveRs750, andabillforthesamewillbe sharedafter thevisit.
