II. Points of Discourse

The virtual meeting started with a prayer followed by the Adviser’s and
Curriculum Chair’s introduction and a welcome message to all attendees both
parent/guardian and learner.
a. For Grade 7 Curriculum, the 1st distribution of modules will be on September
13, 2021, from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. Retrieval of answer sheets and
distribution of 2nd week modules will be done the next Monday. For Grade 7
Curriculum every Monday of the week is the schedule for retrieval and
distribution.
b. The parents/guardians were reminded of the health and safety protocols to be
observed during the distribution and retrieval schedules, which includes
handwashing before and after entering the campus, wearing of face mask and
face shield, and bringing their own alcohol and ballpen whenever entering the
campus.
c. The class program/schedule and contact details were shared to the
parents/guardians for them to be guided on the subject teachers handling 7 –
Sampaguita.
d. On the retrieval of answer sheets, it was emphasized to always arrange and
sort the answer sheets by subject area in the section’s retrieval box. The
format to be followed on the answer sheet is discussed (i.e., Complete Name,
Section, Subject Area, and Module/Week/Lesson #).

e. Parents/guardians were reminded on the submission of their child’s PSA Birth

Certificate in preparation for the pre-reading of forms and the validation of
data for LIS.

III. Other Matters/Concerns/Updates

a. Distribution and Retrieval Schedules of other Grade Levels –
Parents/guardians whose children are enrolled in Pasonanca National High
School were also informed on the scheduling of distribution of modules for
Grade 8 – Senior High School).
b. Being on time is also raised during the meeting, for parents/guardians to be
guided on the starting and ending time of distribution/retrieval. It was
emphasized by the Adviser and Curriculum Chair that the earlier they can
claim the modules the better.
c. The retrieval and distribution scheme are also discussed for
parents/guardians to be guided with the flow of schedule for Grade 7.

Parent’s/Guardian’s Attendance: The total number of 7-Sampaguita class is 50,

out of this number there were only 20 who joined the virtual meeting via Facebook
Rooms and 30 were informed via text message and phone call (primary reasons:
work schedule, signal issues, and no internet connection). Please see attached
attendance sheet.
