NARRATIVE REPORT

The first virtual HPTA Orientation with 9-Kamagong parents, for the SY: 2021-2022 was
held on September 16, 2021 at 1:00 pm via Facebook Messenger Room.
It was attended by 24 supportive parents and guardians as well as few students from 9-
Kamagong who are also there to hear the prepared agendas in opening of the school year 2021-
2022.
The link was open at 1pm but the meeting was started at exactly 1:00 pm with a prayer
thru an audio-visual presentation.

Agenda of the said meeting were as follows:

1. Meeting with the faculty and staff of the school.

2. Knowing about Printed Modular as a Learning Delivery Modality
3. Role of Parents as house partners of teachers
4. Schedule of Retrieval and Distribution of Modules
5. Weekly Home Learning plan as their guide in answering their module.
6. Grading System of Araling Panlipunan
 Written Works – 40%
 Performance Tasks – 60%
7. Getting to know the 9-Kamagong Subject Teachers
8. Process of electing Homeroom PTA Officers for the S.Y 2021-2022.
9. Health Protocol and rules to follow during the retrieval and distribution
of modules.
It was indeed an inspiring day with the parents as we ended our meeting with fruitful
conversation for the first time.
