1. As a classroom teacher:
a. Consistent reminders to students of the school’s policies and guidelines;
b. Always include house rules, such as safety rules and security before the start of the lesson;
c. Be mindful of the classroom’s physical furniture, e.g. not functional electric fans, collapsing
ceilings, unsafe wiring installation, and broken windows;
d. Practice labelling of instructional materials classified as usable or not usable;
e. Ideal classroom structuring;
f. We should establish a safe and supportive learning environment;
g. Promote inclusive education;
h. Intensify Homeroom Guidance and Psychosocial Support; and
i. Intensify the implementation of the Child Protection Policy.

b. The primary rule of teachers is to have a strategic planning / preparedness in every situation . we can
guarantee a safe, secure and conducive learning environment for learners when they are physically ,
emotionally and socially comfortable .
c. Same level of priorities should be given to safety alongside with cleanliness, orderliness, cost-
effectiveness, and instructional support.
