‫‪Please be advised that the relevant reporting‬‬
‫‪procedures to the Central Bank have been‬‬
‫ى‬
‫‪adjusted and unified via the Financial‬‬
‫‪Intelligence Unit’s (FIU) online reporting‬‬
‫‪platform (goAML), as follows:‬‬
‫‪With regards to Licensed Financial Institutions‬‬
‫‪(LFIs) obligation for TFS reporting, the Central‬‬
‫‪Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) in coordination with‬‬
‫‪the Committee for Goods & Material Subjected‬‬
‫اإمري‪،) ،‬ىباإتنميقىمعىإجن ىاإم عىواإموادىاإخاض ى‬
‫‪to Import & Export Control (the Executive‬‬
‫‪Office), has established a unified mechanism to‬‬
‫‪report TFS obligations utilizing the goAML‬‬
‫‪Platform.‬‬
‫‪The goAML Platform will be utilized as a‬‬
‫‪reporting platform for LFIs to comply with their‬‬
‫‪reporting obligation. The FIU has developed its‬‬
‫‪goAML Platform to include two TFS related‬‬
‫‪reports, as follows:‬‬

‫‪received simultaneously by the CBUAE and the‬‬ ‫ى‬ ‫ذاتىاإصاااااا ا ىاإمقاادم ا ىمنىخاللىاإمنصاااااااا ىاإرقمي ا‬

Uphold suspension measures related to the ‫اإلب قاءىع رى جراءاتىاإت يقىذاتىاإصاااااا ىباإت طابقى‬
‘potential match’ until further instructions are ‫يدا ًىمنىاإت يماتىمنىخاللى‬،‫اإم تملى إرىحينىت قيىم‬
received via the goAML Platform on whether to

cancel the suspension or implement freezing
