The above Typologies focuses on the UN
Security Council (UNSCR) sanctions regime,
particularly those related to non-proliferation of
weapons of mass destruction, terrorism, and their
financing. Each public and private institution's
responsibility is to implement adequate
measures to prevent being misused to breach the
UNSCR and duly report to the competent
authorities any (attempted) circumvention.
