 ECA Activities
• ECA is done every Wednesday or Thursday after School
hours.
• You have to choose 1 ECA for 1 year. You are not
allowed to change the ECA in Semester 2.
• Don’t play around in the school area during ECA.
• Be on time.

● Come on time to school everyday.

● Greet the greeters.

● If you come after 7.05 a.m. It will be recorded as late and there will

be consequences for late comers.

● Put your belongings in the right place.

● Write your agenda

● Go to toilet and drink if it is needed, so the class can start on time.

Late Consequences:

● First - second lateness in a month : verbal warning by class

teachers. (Parents will be informed.)

● Third lateness in a month : Parents will be notified by the

homeroom teachers.

● Fourth lateness in one month : Parents-school meet.

● Habitual late comers can be sent home.

 DROP OFF
• Go to class by yourself.
• No parents are allowed to go to class and bring
your bag.
• No playing at the school corridor.

 Snack Time
• Pray before you eat your snack.
• Don’t forget to wash your hands.
• Don’t take a long time if you need to buy some
food in canteen area.
• Eat nicely and use your time wisely to finish
your snack.
• Don’t walk around or run during snack time.
• Tidy up your table and make sure no food fell down on the floor.
• Bring healthy snack and drink.

 Lunch Time
• Bring your own water bottle and lunch box.
• Line up outside the class from the shortest to the tallest and wait until your
teacher stand up in front of you.
• Enter the cafeteria quietly, orderly, and be seated.
• Respect and politeness must be shown to all, including to the cafeteria people
even to OB and OG.
• Call OB or OG nicely if you spill any drink or food on the table or on the floor.
• If you want to buy some food, you need :
- to be patient while waiting to be served.
- make immediate payment after purchasing food.

 Lunch Time

• Wash your hands.

• Eat nicely and use your time wisely to finish your lunch.
• No shouting across tables.
• Show the lunch box to the teacher on duty if you are done.
• Remove trash, food waste from tables, chairs and the floor.
• Wash your hands.
• Carry your own box and water bottle to the classroom after lunch time.

 Lunch Time
• Don’t play in the toilet or classroom.

• Throwing food, ice, or other objects is not allowed. Running, excessive noise,
or other disruptive behavior is not allowed. All unacceptable behavior will
have the consequences /or removal from the cafeteria for specified time
period.

• You can go to class or teacher’s lounge to do your unfinish work with

teacher’s permission.

• You will continue eating in front of the teacher's lounge for 15 minutes
if the food comes late.

 DISMISSAL TIME
• Tidy up your belongings in the class. Don’t forget your lunch box and
water bottle.

• Make sure you put your belongings in your bag.

• Tidy up your table and push in your chair.

• Make sure there is no stationeries left in your desk or on the floor.

• Pray before go home.

• Say thank you to your teacher.

• Say good bye to teacher before go home.

• Line up in the class and wait until your teacher stand up in

front of you.

• Listen to your teacher’s instruction.

• Always put your bags on your right side.

• Check your temperature before you go home.

VALUABLES AT SCHOOL
• The school will not accept responsibility for the loss of any valuables
brought to school.
• The school is a place of learning and you are not permitted to bring
games, toys, playing cards, hand phones, iwatch etc. to school.
• Games/toys, playing cards, mobile phone will result in a minimum of 2
weeks confiscation by the school.
• There will be classroom inspection for each month. The time of
inspections are surprise and sudden.
• Parents will take those things from Vice Principal of Primary Student’s
Affair.

JEWELRY

• Jewelry, (except for watches), should not be worn at the school; however
earrings may be worn by girls only.

• Homeroom teachers will confiscate inappropriate jewelries worn and other

valuables and will be kept for 3 days.

• Large, flashy earrings and watches are not appropriate for school.

• To avoid injury, you are not permitted to wear jewelry during PE lessons.

• Hanging earrings are strictly forbidden.

LOSS OF PROPERTIES
• Students of G 1 - 4 who have lost their properties are requested to approach
lost and found shelf in their class or at school canteen (North campus) to
claim their properties.
• Students of G 5 - 6 who have lost their properties are requested to approach
lost and found shelf located in their class or at South campus (beside CSO).
• Every two weeks, lost articles not claimed will be given to charitable
organization.

OTHER DELIVERIES
• Parents SHOULD NOT DELIVER or SEND any items
(books, homework, stationery, etc.) to you during the
school time as this disturbs the school program.
• Deliveries of such will therefore not be accepted by
the school.
• You are not allowed to contact your parents during
school hours. This will develop your responsibility and
independence.

 DRESS CODE & GROOMING

• Wear suitable clothing and safe footwear at all times.

• Maintain a personal hygiene.
• A student who is unsuitably dressed may be asked to return home
to change.
• Students should come to school in neat uniform with simple
hairdos.
• Long and painted nails are not allowed at school. Class teacher
will do regular checking.
• Don’t use bright colored hair accessories.

• Girls: Long hair has to be tied up using ribbons, bands or other

hair accessories in dark colors.
• Boys: Short military hair is suggested with no ‘hair tail’.
• Students are requested not to wear fancy accessories on the
head or hand as it could prove accidental.
• Hair dye-ing and/or highlighting are not allowed.
• Too short skirt is not allowed.
