Statement of the Problem

The main objective of this study is to identify the extent of the managerial competencies
of the barangay officials of Pinukpuk, Kalinga. Specifically, this study seeks to answer the
following questions:

Managerial Competencies of the Barangay Officials of Pinukpuk, Kalinga

This survey will be used for the purpose of gathering data in identifying the managerial
competencies of barangay officials of Pinukpuk, Kalinga. All the results will be confidential and

B. Managerial Competencies of the barangay officials as assessed by themselves.

You are given a chance to rate your performance as a barangay official. Based on your
years in service, how excellent have you performed in your barangay? From one (1) as the least

to achieve its goals such as risk reduction management program and
activities.
8. Barangay officials are flexible towards change by outlining task and
scheduling when to be done.
