I. INTRODUCTION
. Felisa Villoria Bond Elementary School is located at Barangay Tangueguiron Tubod
Lanao del Norte.

Most of the learners in school are recipients of Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) or
commonly called as 4 P’s. It is also a recipient of the School-Based Feeding Program to
address the malnutrition problem and to increase the attendance and participation among
learners.

The school is not used as isolation nor quarantine facilities of the barangay. For
proper coordination during this pandemic, the school organizes the COVDI-19 task force
headed by the Principal.
To combat the threat of the COVID-19 virus, the school installed WatSan near the
school gate for hand washing before entering the school premises, Log Book is also practice
to be used for contact tracing when time comes.
Today, the school is geared towards achieving many goals for efficient
implementation of programs of the Department and maximizing the use of the MOOE and
other local funds in school’s entire advocacy. This all can be realize fully with the
cooperation of teachers, community, stakeholders, and the technical assistance from the
Department and the Division.

II. OBJECTIVES
This contingency plan aims to develop and enhance the school’s strength in shielding
all the school’s stakeholders.

1. Ensure the safety of all employees and visitors in the school site or facility.

2. Protect vital information and records of any situations on COVID 19

3. Safeguard and make available vital materials, supplies and equipment such as Personal
Protective Equipment.

4. Reduce the risk of disasters caused by human error, deliberate destruction, and building or
equipment failures

5. Be better prepared to recover from any scenarios on COVID 19 related

6. Ensure the school’s ability to continue operating the pandemic

7. Recover lost or damaged records or information after the pandemic


III. THE COVID-19 AND ITS IMPACTS

IV. ACTIVATION, DE-ACTIVATION, NO ACTIVATION


A. Activation
The activation of DepEd’s Contingency Plan for COVID-19 is aligned with the activation
of the Harmonized National Contingency Plan. This include any of the following triggers:

necessary response actions will be assessed and corrected. 
B. Deactivation
The School Contingency Plan for COVID-19 of  FELISA VILLORIA BOND
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL will be deactivated upon the declaration of School Division
Superintendent and School upon the recommendation of the local Inter-Agency Task on
COVID-19 and other authorized government agencies. This include/s any of the following
triggers:
 No confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the Barangay.
 Return to normal of human lives and
 School is not used as Isolation or Quarantine area.

C. Non-Activation
The School Contingency Plan for COVID-19 FELISA VILLORIA BOND
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL will not be activated when there is no confirmed cases of
COVID in the barangay, impact on COVID-19 do not affect human lives.

VII. PREPAREDNESS MEASURES

1. Strict implementation of COVID-19 health protocols set by the DOH- IATF such:

a. Installation of WatSan near the entrance of the gate for hand washing before
entering the school premises.

b. Make all the WatSan at school functional and available to use by all
learners and stakeholders all the time.

c. Provision and usage of thermal scanner and alcohol upon entering the
school at the gate.

d. Log book will be used for all who wish to enter the school, this can be used
for future contact tracing.

e. Installation of foot bath at the school’s gate, and in every entrance of the
classroom.

f. Hand washing facilities at the classroom is functional.

g. Provision of soap, disinfectants, and water at the classroom.

h. Genderized comfort room at all class room.

i. Wearing of face mask at all times.

j. Posting of signages at the entrance of the gates for reminders and also inside
the classroom.

k. Provision of disposable and washable face mask from the division and
school fund.
