❖ The test of viability of the proposed project in terms of management is tested by determining the
business organization most appropriate for the project
❖ The basic question is – What type of business organization is best fitted to accomplish the objectives
of the organization?
Business Organization
This section describes the type of business organization to be organized The guide
questions are:
❖ What type of business organization must be formed?
❖ How much capital is required?
❖ What is the liability of the owners?
❖ What managerial skills are required?
Answer

The business organization to be formed is Partnership and will be General Partnership


with 5 general partners. One (1) will become Active Partner/Managing Partner and the remaining
partners will be Capitalist Partner. The overall capital required is not yet computed, but it is
agreed that the total capital requirement is divided equally to each partnership partners. Since the
formed partnership is General Partnership, all of the partners have unlimited liabilities, meaning
liabilities are not capped and can be paid through the seizure of an owner's assets. All the
managerial skills are required in running this business. All managerial skills are important and
play very important role in the success of the business. Lacking one of them means failure of this
business.

The internal structure of the business is Functional Organizational Structure. The employees
are grouped based on their specific skills and knowledge.
