A. MOTIVATION The teacher will let the students perform a Zumba dance exercise.

B. PRESENTATIO Most people in this day and age are becoming aware of their fitness. They regard
N physical fitness as part of their daily activities to help them to do their tasks with no
difficulty. Because of this, busy people find time to exercise with or without using fitness
apparatus. Some prefer fitness sessions in gym, with the help of the fitness instructors.
Physical activities like dancing, brisk, walking, jogging, etc. are exercises that are fun to
perform with other people and can be done depending on the person’s time, fitness, and
readiness.
Filipinos are known to be fun-loving and health-conscious people in the world.
Activities that help a person improve his physical fitness are performed in colorful festivals
and street dances. These dances are performed by people of various walks of life for
entertainment, fun, and festivity purposes giving priority to personal fitness plus the success
of winning a competition.

Festivals:
What is Festival? - are cultural dances performed to the strong beats of percussion
instruments by a community of people sharing the same culture, usually done in honor of a
Patron Saint or as a thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest.
