She is excellent in communication skills and she has a good personality towards the learners

2.What suggestions do you have for improving the FS student’s skills or methodology?

Practice more on asking HOTS questions. Connect always the lesson to the experiences of the
students. Study the lesson more so that there will be no misinformation during the class.
