OBJECTIVES

The goal of our research is to identify our product by most effectively making a
facemask. Nowadays facemasks are more valued due to the spread of the virus but
our product is not only focused on the virus but also on workers who work with the
most intense chemicals, smoke and dust that can be inhaled and this can be the
cause of have a serious illness. In achieving our goal we are committed to each
other’s safety.With face masks still required in public places across the country,
some entrepreneurs seized the opportunity by creating and selling washable face
masks that serve as a stylish barrier against Covid-19.The goal of our business is to
give people something comfortable they can wear. Our facemask is not just a face
mask but it also helps to breathe properly because of its good quality fabric. With
this face mask you can also save because it can be, washed.At its price, it is also
affordable to speed up the return on investment and continuous production, so that
our product will be recognized faster. Because nowadays you really have a lot of
people who can compete in such businesses so it should be good and affordable to
sell. Remember that expensive slow -income sales, low sales -income.Our
business facemask is for everyone whether young or old because it is super
comfortable when worn and it will keep you safe from unpleasant odors.It is also
one of our goals here besides the health of consumers. Increasing shareholder value
is an extension of increasing profit for consumers. We focused on how we could
maintain the money we earned. This is how we value how we turn our money into
our business that we know we are profitable.

In the coming years we will further expand the organization of employees so that
in achieving our goal the communication of each other will not be a hindrance to
us. We can come up with an even better product for our customers so that they will
not be disappointed with our product either. Our organization focuses on the
quality of our product and further expands it through our ability to better meet
people’s needs

COLLECT DATA ABOUT YOUR COMPETITORS IN THE AREA

Focus On Quality. People are more focused on the quality of masks that are being
offered to them. So, We make sure that our facemasks doesn’t lack in quality.
There are other face mask businesses available. So, We want to make sure that we
are offering high-quality masks at competitive pricing. If we price them too high,
then people will not buy them from us. So we think about our pricing and make
sure that we’re offering the market rate that already exists.

Some respondents in the area reported adverse effects from prolonged mask use
with headaches being the most common complaint (n = 245). Skin breakdown was
experienced by 175 respondents, and acne was reported in 182 respondents.
Impaired cognition was reported in 81 respondents. Previous history of headaches
(n = 98), skin sensitivity (n = 164), and acne (n = 121) were found in some
respondents. Some respondents experienced resolved side effects once masks were
removed, while others required physical or medical intervention.

Prolonged use of N95 and surgical masks by healthcare professionals during

COVID-19 has caused adverse effects such as headaches, rash, acne, skin
breakdown, and impaired cognition in the majority of those surveyed. As a second
wave of COVID-19 is expected, and in preparation for future pandemics, it is
imperative to identify solutions to manage these adverse effects. Frequent breaks,
improved hydration and rest, skin care, and potentially newly designed
comfortable masks are recommendations for future management of adverse effects
related to prolonged mask use.
Hence our research shows that the most effective homemade face masks are those
made with tightly woven fabric and providing a good seal along the edges,
adjustable ear loops are a practical feature that can be found on our face masks and
allow you to make sure your mask fits you perfectly, and for the fabric, we use the
combination of either cotton and chiffon or cotton and natural silk, which appear
to effectively filter droplets or even aerosols, considering that it has filter pocket,
and free filters this will minimise more the risk of transmission of COVID19 or
some contagious sicknesses.

ANALYZING DATA AND INTERPRET RESEARCH FINDINGS

First, the materials that we used in our facemasks are the blend of cotton and
chiffon or cotton and natural silk. Second, it has adjustable ear loops, so the
facemask allows you to make sure your mask fits you perfectly. Third, you will
reduce waste disposal, because it is not a type of disposable facemask that after use
is just thrown away somewhere. And lastly, before we made this kind of product,
we make sure that this will help to get the COVID-19 cases low.

When the pandemic spread to our country. The facemask is one of the most
important defenses to prevent the virus from spreading. Wearing face masks is
recommended as part of personal protective equipment and as a public health
measure to prevent the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.
So, we thought of a product that will be featured by people in today’s era. It is a
facemask with surely safe materials. This facemask is not only good for your
safety but also good for looks. It is simple but assured you that it can be the safest
thing you use.
Wearing a mask will protect you to those around you from infection. Covid- 19 is
spread from person to person by respiratory droplets, which are largely projected
when you sneeze, cough, sing, and talk. Cloth facemasks act as barriers, preventing
you from inhaling these droplets. Masks should be used as a part of a
comprehensive strategy of measures to suppress transmission and save lives.

The goal of this product is to be featured by a lot of people to know how safe it
was to use than to normal facemasks. Our target customer for this product is
everyone. It’s good for kids, teenagers, adults, and olds. There’s no age for
wearing our product facemask. But, the only intention is to spread the safeties to
everyone.

We tested the fabric for our Facemask to see if it could filter out tiny aerosol
particles. This is because some researchers believe that SARS-CoV-2 may
disseminate not just through droplets — for instance, from coughs — but also
through minute particles that spread when people simply breathe, which are much
harder to catch.

Our team fanned particles measuring 10 nanometers to 6 micrometers in diameter

over the various fabric samples at an airflow rate similar to that of a person’s
breath when they are at rest. We found that a sheet of tightly woven cotton — of
600 threads per inch — plus two sheets of chiffon, made from polyester and
spandex, seemed to make the most effective combination, filtering out 80–99% of
the particles, depending on their size. The combinations involving a fabric with a
tight weave, such as cotton, and one that can hold a static charge, such as silk, are
likely effective because they provide a double barrier: mechanical and electrostatic.

So therefore my own findings as per my research, this is more competitive to the
other products, because of the materials, quality, durability, uniqueness and the
prices are acceptable as per as quality is concerned.

REFLECTION
Some people may have trouble sticking to goals because they don't distinguish
their goals from more casual, everyday self-improvement efforts. Just because you
decide to start running every day doesn't necessarily make that a conscious goal.
When you set goals, you take control of your life's or your work's direction.Goals
provide you with focus. The decisions you make and actions you take should bring
you closer to achieving those goals.

Before you set a goal, take a closer look at what you're trying to achieve because If
you're not willing to put in the time, it may not be worth pursuing also make your
goal specific so you can clearly track your progress and know whether you met the
goal. The more specific you can be with your goal, the higher the chance you'll
complete it then write your goals down, they become real and tangible instead of a
vague idea that resides only in your mind.This tactic reminds you to keep working
on your goals daily. As you're writing down your goals, use a positive tone so you
stay excited about completing them. Your action plan should include the overall
goal you're trying to meet and all the steps you need to take to get there. Now that
you've planned everything out, it's time to take action. You didn't go through all
that work just to forget about your goal. Every step that you take should lead to
another until you finish your goal. You need to keep your motivation strong to
complete your goal.

there's similarities and difference of each steps. both of them need a determination,
goal setting and explicit process that starts with identifying a new objective, skill,
or project you want to achieve. Then, you make a plan for achieving it, and you
work to complete it. the difference is the steps you make to achieve it.
