SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability "the ability to be maintained at a certain rate or level"-Oxford
Dictionary.
Having sustainability in any work is very important, because here we can see if there
is a change taking place or if it brings something good especially if the work is for
the good of all.
Just like conducting a career guidance. By doing it year by year is very important,
because it is a huge help for the students especially if they are having difficulty in
deciding on the career they will pursue. So, it should not disappear but do it year
after year, that's why our school has conducted career guidance through virtual and
we call it as “Project Ragats”.
We can also say that the pandemic we are experiencing is not a reason to carry it
out, but it has served as an inspiration for us to carry out this program for our
students.It is very important not to stop conducting this program but to keep it
because it serves as a strong guide to our students.
And at the end of the virtual career guidance we felt very happy as well as our
students and I know they learned a lot because of their active participation in our
conducted career guidance.
This program does not end here but we are still preparing for the next career
guidance programs to sustain and monitor the progress.
We are also very grateful for the support of our guidance counselor and principal to
make this a success. I can also say that it is important to have sustainability in all
activities and I am grateful because every year we conduct a career guidance
program so that we can help our students in deciding on the career they will pursue.
And here they will also know that it is important to think about any decision in life
and it is also important to have time with family to talk about their dreams in life.
Again, the pandemic we are facing is not an obstacle to any task we want to do,
because if we really want to do it we can do it with the help and unity of each other.
Through this there will be progress in each task when it is continuously carried out
and do not stop until the peak of success is reached.
Again, we are grateful for the support of our principal and guidance counselor
because we would not have been able to do this without them, and because of this
we are able to sustain this work so that it can be even better and it is also a great
help to us especially to our students.
