Yup. You can often find people sitting on its grass like a small park space.
Oh that's awesome!

In Los Angeles it would've been cited about 700 parking tickets and eventually towed
away

The governor had a parking ticket late fee bill on his desk.
He didn't do away with late fees, but they went from $300 to $100.
My point is he should have nixed all parking ticket late fees. These fees, and fines are
getting very pricy. Highway robbery comes to mind.
Or idk maybe move your cars in a timely fuckin manner and reducing price by
about 70% is still a great move

If a law can be ignored with enough money then it isn’t a law, it’s a tax on being
poor.

Studies have proven parking tickets do nothing to help parking availability and
unjustly target the poor.

Studies have shown that free parking reduces parking availability, leading to
increased emissions and fuel consumption, and decreased consumer
spending in local economies.

Or idk maybe ban cars from the city center and build decent public
transportation and cycling infrastructure. Art installation cars can stay.

No to the first part and yes to the second part. No offense but cars kinda

In Toronto?
Yep, I haven’t been back there since before COVID and I remember it was one of the first
things you see on that corner.
It has blocks on the wheels to stop it from rolling away. Definitely a permanent installation,
not "overgrown" on its own.
