ABSTRACT
The aims and objectives of student industrial work experience
scheme (S.I.W.E.S) is to help the students in their vocational way of learning
to enable the student to develop their skill and to learn more about their
course. It is also design to equip the student to learn how to operate a
computer system, it also help the trainee to have the knowledge open or
locate a file on the shelf both the personal files and the organisation file. It
also helps the trainee to have the knowledge of how to interact to his or her
boss, co-staff and the people around them.
Also to have a far knowledge of working experience under the avenue
of industrial attachment, it also enhances drastically and promoted the
capability of the student. Institutions should be able to sponsor the SIWES
coordinator constantly to relevant conference for more exposure and improvement
of his or her expertise and competence in coordinating the SIWES program.
Enough fund should be provided for supervisor to enable student have their
industrial attachment in organizations and places of their choice.
