    As a restaurant consultant with experience regarding clients, I would like to consult with you
    about the idea of expanding the project to the dining area.

    During our meeting you raised 2 points why we should not consider this option in the scope of
    our project. Firstly, you pointed out that diners in the bar section are lower risk when piloting
    new ideas. Secondly, they are less particular about their experience
