Regarding the Request for Mission ConcmTence on Flood Management in Selected River Basins
(FMSRB) Sector Project, ADB Loan No. 3440 - INO, based on your letter dated 30 November
2021, Ref. No. 054/L3440/FMSRB/2021, we would like to suggest the proposed mission schedule
on 13-27 September 2022 with tentative schedule attached within this letter. It shall be noted that
each meeting will be held as hybrid meeting (offline and online via zoom), with exception on field
visit. This mission will discuss with the government on the project progress in the 2021 and 2022
work plans, and review the follow-up on the action plan from the previous mission, safeguards
compliance, gender action plan implementation, and procurement progress.

Your kind attention on the above matter would be appreciated.
