Remember:

Every time we evaluate or co-evaluate ourselves, we must practice integrity. Recognizing our strengths and weaknesses
makes us truly people with character and profiles us for true leadership.

This project is about putting into practice the lessons we have learned and reinforced during this year: growing in the way
in which we lead ourselves.

I PART: SELF-ASSESSMENT (TEAM EVALUATION) (20 POINTS)

Carefully read each part of the rubric. Mark with an "X" in the quadrant that you consider corresponds
to that evaluation item. In the column at the end put the score and comments if you want.

III PART: SELF – ASSESMENT (MY LEADERSHIP) (10 points)

Write a 150 to 200 words paragraph about your personal experience in this teamwork. You can mention
your weaknesses and strengths in terms of your work and contribution to the project.

I was assigned to do a group job with three other people. We had to

complete a project within two weeks. I was the leader of the group, and I
delegated tasks to each member. I was responsible for communicating with
the other members and making sure that the project was completed on
time. I learned how to work e ectively with other people and how to manage
a project. I also learned the importance of communication and cooperation
in a group.

More importantly, I learned how to resolve con icts within a group. We had
disagreements about the project, but we were able to talk through our
di erences and come to a compromise. I was able to see the di erent
perspectives of each member, and I learned how to compromise. This
experience was bene cial, and I learned a lot about working in a group. It
was at the end a great experience that I would sure love to do again.
