Dear Atty. Imee N. Hiyas

I received your Letter of Complaint from Mr. Reyman S. Lascoña and Mrs.
Meraluna Lascoña, for your information it was already filed in NATIONAL
LABOR RELATIONS COMMISSION (NLRC) and it was almost settled but
because we have no money to pay we are still waiting for my money.

Atty. Our RICHDEL RESORT HOTEL it is a small hotel just like a

pension house and it have 34 rooms. RICHDEL RESORT HOTEL was close
already 3 years ago until nowadays and the worst thing is it was devastated by
typhoon “Odette” recently.

We told the claimant to please wait because we are waiting for the Koreans
to rent that until now not yet materialize. You can ask the claimant of how kind and
good is there employer in especially in times of hardships even in my last money I
help them and even Mr. Reyman S. Lascoña scholar of RICHDEL RESORT
HOTEL and paid his tuition fees in college.

And even schedules and time of work is properly arranged to make his study
very well and, Mr. Reyman S. Lascoña is taking the course Bachelor of Science in
Criminology and her mother was able to work in RICHDEL RESORT HOTEL
without my prior knowledge it was only my temporary manager called Mr. Bryan
Cañada as acting manager in his vested interest laundering his clothes and cleaning
things accepted her.

Again, I am willing to pay them but I have no money yet. I am still waiting
of my money as of now. I am 68 years of aged, I am sick and I have a lots of
medicine prescription that is very expensive.

Thank you for your kind-consideration I am hoping you will understand my

agony thank you.
