PVN muốn xây tổ hợp lọc, dự trữ dầu gần 20 tỷ USD

Tập đoàn Dầu khí Việt Nam (PVN) đề xuất đầu tư dự án tổ hợp lọc hoá dầu và kho dự trữ
dầu thô, xăng dầu quốc gia tại Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu với tổng vốn đầu tư 17-18,5 tỷ USD cho
hai giai đoạn. Dự án dự kiến xây dựng trong 3 năm, hoàn thành vào 2027.
Giai đoạn 1, mỗi năm dự án tổ hợp lọc hoá dầu có công suất 12-13 triệu tấn dầu thô, 0,66
triệu tấn condensate,... sản xuất 7-9 triệu tấn xăng dầu, 2-3 triệu tấn hoá dầu.
Giai đoạn 2, giảm sản phẩm xăng dầu về 3-5 triệu tấn một năm, tăng sản phẩm hoá dầu 5,5 -
7,5 triệu tấn một năm.
Kho dự trữ dầu thô, xăng dầu quốc gia dự kiến có công suất 1 triệu tấn một năm; kho sản
phẩm xăng dầu 500.000 m3 mỗi năm.

PVN wants to build a refinery and oil reserve of nearly 20 billion USD
Petrovietnam (PVN) proposes to invest in a project of a refinery and petrochemical complex
and a national crude oil and petroleum reserve in Ba Ria - Vung Tau with a total investment
capital of 17-18.5 billion USD for the project in two stages. The project is expected to be
built in 3 years, completed in 2027.
Phase 1, each year the petrochemical complex project have a capacity of 12-13 million tons
of crude oil, 0.66 million tons of condensate,... producing 7-9 million tons of petroleum and
2-3 million tons of chemicals oil.
Phase 2, reducing petroleum products to 3-5 million tons a year, increasing petrochemical
products from 5.5 to 7.5 million tons a year.
The national crude oil and petroleum reserve is expected to have a capacity of 1 million tons
a year; petroleum product warehouse 500,000 m3 per year.

Bà chủ King Coffee Lê Hoàng Diệp Thảo, Gaw Capital và ’gạch nối’ Tiến Phước Group ở
Park City
Đến tháng 6/2022, Gaw Capital Partners cho biết đã mua lại khu đất rộng 6.056 m2 trong khu
công nghệ cao Tp. HCM để đầu tư một trung tâm dữ liệu, dự kiến vận hành vào năm 2024.
Dự án Park City có quỹ đất lên tới 49,5ha, do Công ty TNHH Park City làm chủ đầu tư. Ngày
30/3/2022, bà Lê Hoàng Diệp Thảo đã thay thế ông Trần Anh Vinh làm Tổng giám đốc kiêm
người đại diện theo pháp luật của Park City.
Mối quan hệ giữa nhóm Tiến Phước Group và Gaw Capital Partners còn có rất nhiều kết nối
khác với nhau.

By June 2022, Gaw Capital Partners said it had acquired a land area of 6,056 m2 in the high-
tech park of Ho Chi Minh City to invest in a data center, expected to operate in 2024.
Park City project has a land fund of up to 49.5 hectares, invested by Park City Limited
Company. On March 30, 2022, Ms. Le Hoang Diep Thao replaced Mr. Tran Anh Vinh as the
General Director and legal representative of Park City.
The relationship between Tien Phuoc Group and Gaw Capital Partners has many other
connections with each other.
