even after a lot of years of experience

Bad Qualities  This includes commitment issues which can be seen among the young generation now and that leads to
low motivation to do better and they usually end up going into fields they have no interest in or are good at 

Motivation the best way to improve or deal with a bad work force if motivation and it all comes down from the upper
hierarchy in the form of positive reinforcements. this can be in the form of passing down experiences or just

Lack of grit its very common in the young generation now that they do not have the grit to move forward. They get
irritated very easily and end up giving up

Trainings sending workers on training is a great way of adding value to their skills and their abilities and ends up
raising their motivation to do better

Monetary Incentives money is one of the biggest motivators as not everyone works for verbal incentive and there are many who
would rather have a higher salary or a monetary reward then a pat on the back
Company values  even though company values are very important, but not at the expense of work quality as at the end of
the day the worker is hired to deliver and if that basic requirement is not met then the company has the
right to let them go.
