proposal shall not be considered

confirmation / LPO Issuance. (We expect 30 days from PO issuance as latest

acceptable work completion period, however if additional days are required please
clarify with justification.)
Project Engineer /Manager - who shall be assigned from vendor for quality assurance

and periodical inspection on site.
Number of projects completed in Global Village last year (2021 August till 2022

Vendor has to sign off the undertaking letter, confirming on COVID -19
13 crisis management precautionary measure compliance, before starting
work at site.
Vendor to Specify on the make and brand of the materials supplied. Confirmation

that the pricing is done for the brand specified.
15 The Materials warranty & Workmanship warranty details
Vendor should mention the additional works if any foreseen. Variation shall not
16
accepted without GV written approval.
Vendor to provide site based method of statement and Risk Assessment for review
17
along with proposal wherever applicable. (Mention feasibility on compliance.)

18 Vendor to specify on any exclusions from the mentioned scope

Report to be submitted within 2 working days after the job completion along with the
19
invoice and work completion report. (Mention feasibility on compliance.)

GV will notify on the site visit date, it’s mandatory to attend the site visit,
20 and it is the responsibility of the vendor to understand the scope clearly
before submitting the proposal. (Acceptance on the condition)

26 Production will be carried out in Global village or in Contractors ware house
Third party Certficate shall be provided for skilled labours, machineries, Scaffolds,

scffold erecters, Machine operators etc.
