Document Controller
Demonstrated proficiency with large-scale Document Control management software (ACONEX) at
NEOM Project.
Archiving /Scanning/Printing - Renaming, recording and filing incoming hard copies of drawings
Internal and External.
Director of 4 persons directly and all document controllers and secretaries in projects follow my handling
instruction by:
Daily coordination with the engineers, administrators, document controllers and secretaries of the sites by
email or by telephone.
Movement of workers between sites, return back from vacations, follow up the distribution of labor under
engineers, follow-up attendance and absence and evaluations of employees.
Writing the external memos of HR management and government relations and communicate with them in
both Arabic and English.
Review the daily transfers with the administration officials and site engineers and sign it before submitted.
Coordinating and handling requests between sections inside our department.
Updating and reviewing the database on (Excel - Access) on a daily basis.
The Excel database responsible for issuing the comprehensive summaries on which the Department
depends (Founded and created by me).
Contains more than 8 summaries containing more than 15000 automatic equation.
All transfers, vacations and final exit are updated on a daily basis.
Match the status of each worker with the HR Oracle server to find the differences and problems and
correct them.
Follow-up all employees transfers and check arrival to sites or not separately through the last fingerprint in
HR Oracle server.
Follow-up of the Access database to be updated both for transfers, vacations and letters of penalty.
Follow-up evaluations of employment periodically and supervise the annual evaluation papers to comply
with the ratios and controls of HR management.
Calculating working hours for the workers working under other departments of the company and then
preparing the invoices.
Preparing and reviewing the extra time for employees per month for concrete pouring group for all sites.
Prepare lists of promotions and increase the salary for employment.
Organizing the annual vacations plan for engineers, administrators and supervisors
