General Instructions
• Examinees are REQUIRED to open their camera while answering
the exam . If the connection is unstable, kindly inform the
assigned proctor.
• Your personal exam links will be delivered to your google
classroom registered e-mail after you registered to the exam link
posted on the PhilSCA AE Preboards Google Sheets. Your time and
device screen activity will be recorded throughout the exam.
• Make sure to write or screen capture your answers so you can
have an extra copy if ever your internet connection is interrupted
hence you need to start all over again.
• Don’t forget to fill-out important information indicated in the
answer forms. Check every item of the assessment if answered
before hitting submit.
• WHEN EXAM CODE IS ACCIDENTALLY DELETED, COPY THE CODE
FROM THE HTML OF THE GOOGLE FORM BROWSER AFTER “/”
(Eg. https:// quilgo.com/link/pXGyKz437J6mEtrG )
• The EXAM WILL NOT BE RECORDED once you exceed the time.
The forms will also be automatically closed by the assigned
proctors.
