ACCOMPISHMENT REPORT
Project W.A.T.C.H.
S.Y. 2021 – 2022

To welcome the school year of 2021 – 2022, all the teachers and staff of Osmeña
Elementary School who were present last September 13, 2021, gathered at the gym to
observe the first flag-raising ceremonies in accordance with the advocacy of the Project
W.A.T.C.H.

The Project W.A.T.C.H continues the monitoring of the teachers’ attendance and gives
recognition for those who have completed the number of days required for the month without
record of tardiness/ undertime, absences, RS, and EFLF.
Monthly monitoring of submission of reports and wearing of uniforms were also one of the
monthly tasks of the Project W.A.T.C.H. The teachers were monitored by their Grade Heads.

Parents were also recognized for practicing the Value of Punctuality and Honesty during the
Distribution and Retrieval of Learning Materials and for completing the number of days required for
each Quarter.

Here is our little way in spreading the good impact of Project W.A.T.C.H. as our advocacy
campaign inside the school premises:

 Posted friendly reminders on each cubicle of the distribution area of the modules. The
post is intended for parents and guardians during the retrieval and distribution of the
learning materials. With this, the parents are reminded of the health protocols that they
should follow every time they will enter the school, being on time, and to encourage
their children to honestly answer the given modules.

 Made our Project W.A.T.C.H. bulletin board. On this, you can see the Projects W.A.T.C.H.
vision and mission, monthly activities, and list of teachers and learners who were
recognized as most punctual and most honest of the month.

 Continued our partnership of the canteen in charge, Mrs. Jennet A. Ala, in managing the
school’s Honesty Store.
 During the first week of the limited face to face classes, early learners were given
recognition.

Project WATCH Month Celebration

The Kick – off program of the Project WATCH Month Celebration was conducted last June 6,
2022. At this event, selected students from Grade Six level delivered a short presentation of the
meanings and examples of the value honesty and punctuality during the first Flag Raising of the
month to commemorate the advocacy of the Project. A dance exercise with the music of the latest
Project WATCH jingle concluded the event.
