CLASSROOMS
-lacking 5
-classrooms are set to suit the
learning needs
-KALAHI Buildings are given to
SPED according to the monitoring
of the SPED and BCES is soon to
be implemented as SPED Center in
Surigao
BUILDINGS/CLASSROOMS
-SH’s office was given to the
Kindergarten teacher to cater the
needs of the learners so that they
will not go to the hill
-the bodega next to the SH’s
office was designed as conducive
classrooms for Grades 1 and 2

READING ASSESSMENT
-teachers have conducted Phil-
IRI and FLAT Reading Assessments
to the learners
-it was found out that there is
really a big Learning Loss that the
teachers need to address

-there should not be disruption

-school activities related to
learning areas are the only one’s
allowed by DepEd
-pupils will also conduct SPG
Officials in their respective
classrooms
-allowed because it is part of the
curriculum and helps boost
confidence and public speaking to
learning
*Galaw Pilipinas Contest
-an exercise dance to represent
in the national level
-represented by Grades 4-6

-all grade levels should know
this dance
-all should have uniforms thus
PE uniform was proposed to be
worn every Friday
-due to financial scarcity, t-
shirts is the only thing required
and parents can provide their
jogging pants
-choose between Goode’s,
Marlon’s and JBrozz t-shirt
printing that is why SH consulted
the HRPTA Presidents for their
decision on where t-shirt printing
will be done because JBrozz offers
Php 180.00 only.

shirts printed at JBrozz

-worth Php 64, 000.00
-have to be paid that is why
payment for PTA last year was
collected strongly especially during
the release of Certificate of
Enrollment
*Proposed project
For SY 2022-2023, records will
be kept by the school head and the
GPTA Treasurer will be the one
holding the money
-receipts should be kept by the
parents
-teachers/class advisers should
not collect PTA because they are
not allowed to hold any money
-HRPTA Presidents are
instructed to inform their co-
parents in every section that they
should keep the receipts
-PARENTS are not allowed to
adopt the neighbor especially in

Brigada and PTA because they

have their own parents
-BRIGADA is not collected it is
donated. We asked for donations
inorder to pay for the labor in place
of those parents who wouldn’t
provide labor for the benefit of the
school.
-As of now, GPTA Treasurer
have Php 25, 000.00 pesos at
hand.
Main issue for this SY:

-the school head’s office
ISSUE: Office Floor
-estimate for tiles is Php 75,000
-teachers and other donated
money for tiles and was remitted to
the office amounting to Php 7, 550
2. SPECIAL EDUCATION FUND

-will be budgeted for the
establishment of the ICT
Classroom so that ICT classes for
the SSEP will be implemented

-budget: 200,000
-80,000 for materials
-bills for internet, electricity,
water, salary for security, janitor,
instructional

Last Tuesday, parents were sent
out from the premises of the school
in adherence to safety protocol

POLICY PROPOSED
-STOP throwing trash anywhere
-our janitor cannot keep up and
still needs to study as working
student
-SH advocates: BASURA MO,
BAYAD MO!
-children who will throw the
plastic trash will be reported and
be given penalty worthy of the
trash thrown. The cash penalty will
be given to the child who caught
the trash thrower. If the child
cannot pay, it will be recorded in
the notebook and will be collected
during the scheduled signing of
cards.
