The mounting structure where the solar inverter is installed must be fire resistant. Do not install the
solar inverter on flammable building materials.
The solar inverter can be support-mounted or wall-mounted. The installation angle requirements are
as follows:
Install the solar inverter vertically or at a maximum back tilt of 75 degrees to facilitate heat
dissipation.
Do not install the solar inverter at forward tilted, excessive back tilted, side tilted, horizontal, or
upside down positions.
Reserve enough space around the solar inverter for installation and heat dissipation.
Before installing the mounting bracket, remove the security Torx wrench and keep it for later use.
The mounting bracket of the solar inverter has four groups of tapped holes, each group
containing four tapped holes. Mark any hole in each group based on site requirements and mark four
holes in total. The two round holes are recommended.
M12x40 bolt assemblies are supplied with the mounting bracket. If the bolt lengthdoes not
meet the installation requirements, prepare M12 bolt assemblies by yourself and use them together
with the supplied M12 nuts.
Procedure
Step 1
Determine the positions for drilling holes using the mounting bracket. Level the positions of
mounting holes using a bubble or digital level, and mark the positions with a marker.
Step 2
Drill holes using a hammer drill. It is recommended that anti-rust measures be taken on the positions
for drilling holes.
Step 3
Secure the mounting bracket.
Move the solar inverter with care to prevent device damage and personal injury.
It takes multiple persons or a pallet truck to move the solar inverter.
Do not use the ports and wiring terminals at the bottom to support any weight of the solar inverter.
When you need to temporally place the solar inverter on the ground, use foam, paper, or other
protection material to prevent damage to its cover.
Use the handles to facilitate installation. Handles are optional and delivered separately.
Ensure that the handles are securely installed. After the installation is complete, remove the handles
and keep them properly.
To avoid damage to the equipment, do not lift or hoist a solar inverter with an improper hold as
shown in manual book inverter page 34-37.
Procedure
Step 1
Lift the solar inverter from the packing case and move it to the installation position.
Step 3
Install the solar inverter on the mounting bracket and align the solar inverter enclosure with
the mounting bracket.
Step 4
Secure the solar inverter and tighten security Torx screws.
The solar inverter has 20 DC input terminals. DC SWITCH 1 controls PV1–PV8 (MPPT1–
MPPT4), DC SWITCH 2 controls PV9–PV14 (MPPT5–MPPT7), and DC SWITCH 3 controls PV15–
PV20 (MPPT8–MPPT10).
When the DC input is not fully configured, the DC input terminals must meet the following
requirements:
Evenly distribute the DC input power cables on the DC input terminals controlled by the three DC
switches. DC SWITCH 1 is preferred.
Maximize the number of connected MPPT circuits. For example, if the number of input routes is
1–19, the DC input terminals are selected as follows.
Please Check Manual book and Drawing Arrangement DC System.
A three-phase AC switch should be installed on the AC side of the solar inverter. To ensure that

Otherwise, reworking will be caused.
Do not connect loads between the solar inverter and the AC switch.

If an aluminum alloy cable is used, use copper-aluminum transition wiring terminals, or aluminum
wiring terminals along with copper-aluminum transition spacers.
7 Do not connect aluminum wiring terminals to the AC terminal block. Otherwise the
electrochemical corrosion will occur and affect the reliability of cable connections.
Procedure
1. Prepare a cable.
2. Remove rubber rings according to the cable diameter range.
3. Secure the AC output power cable and PE cable.
4. Install the support bar.
5. Close the maintenance compartment door and tighten the two screws on the door.
1. Ensure that all safety precautions and recommendations outlined in the risk assessments
have been applied
2. Make sure all personnel including third parties are safety inducted prior to site entry
3. Make sure operators are qualified, hold license for machine operation and trained in the
maintenance of machinery
4. Provide First Aid Facility on working site in case of minor injury treatment
5. Arrange for all personnel the pertinent Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including
safety helmet, safety boots, ear/eye protector, dust mask, gloves and reflective vest.
6. Place warning signs, barricades, lighting or fences at relevant location such as excavation
location, crossing roads and crossing ditch, demolition areas
7. Arrange with the owners, subcontractor or third parties like U/G cables, pipe lines to make
secure to use.
8. Ensure safe access to the right way and maintain the permanent and temporary access
roads in a good condition during construction activities
9. Check, cover and secure all materials debris prior to its movements outside the site
10. Monitoring regularly by security team that no unauthorized person entry to construction
site.
11. Ambulance and first Aider shall be ready near the location.
12. All personnel have additional training regarding snake awareness and the first aid
13. Pest control will be screening area from bee, snake and controlled
14. Provide Competence certificate for working at height

8. SITE DISTURBANCE
1. Ensure that the site kept in tidy condition at all the times and that all the waste generated by
the works is cleared from the site to disposal area.
2. Do not burn combustible material arising from clearance on site without the written
consent.
3. Switch off all vehicle engines when not in use to minimize combustion emissions
4. Collect and disposed used chemicals and engine oils in appropriate containers, prohibiting
its discharge to land or surface waters
5. Store all removable items which are to be preserved on site in a safe location and manner
appropriate to their nature
6. Install all required drainage measures to prevent erosion and washout caused by surface
water during times of inclement weather conditions.
