Narrative:  The meeting began at 1:15pm. In the Covered Court.
 English Club advisers led by Ms. Elaine Golez & Mrs. Bot Magsakay facilitated the
meeting & nomination/election of officers & representatives supervised by their English
Coordinator, Mrs. Marbella M. De Guzman.
 Opening Prayer led by volunteer Gr. 11 student Michael Gatchalian
 Opening Remarks: Mrs. Marbella M. De Guzman – expressed the objectives of said
meeting & election of Officers.
 Mrs. Magsakay & Ms. Golez facilitated the nomination per position. Ms. Golez stated
that Chair & Vice-Chair must be SHS student. The nominees per position was limited to
three (3).
