General Notes:

1. All staff and workers to wear the required Personal Protective Equipment while in the Working Site.
2. All major works must be covered by a Permit to Work System and all necessary attachment prior to commencement of works,
as per requirements in our HSE Plan for Construction.
3. All the Engineer’s and Supervisor’s in charge must be implemented all the safety requirements and safe working procedure on
this operation.
4. Safety officer to monitor the safe working procedures and the necessary compliance to all the safety requirements.
5. All hazards identified in this RISK ASSESMENT must be properly coordinated with all personnel involved in the activities
through Toolbox Talks, and Construction Managers, Supervisors and Foremen to ensure full implementation of all
recommended measures.
6. In case of any Emergency follow our emergency evacuation procedure.
