Dear Sir,

Re: Scheme LAB04-21: Electricity Supply to Shiu Kumar Residence at Navudi, Seaqaqa.

Greetings from Energy Fiji Limited (“EFL”).

I refer to the email dated 16th September 2021 for the supply of electricity to Shiu Kumar residence at Navudi, Seaqaqa.

Energy Fiji Limited wishes to advise that power supply will be made available under the following terms and conditions:

1.0 Cost of Capital Contribution

The capital contribution for this scheme is $(VIP).

EFL requires full payment to process the scheme further. The concept design for this grid extension and breakdown of costs are
provided in Attachment 1 and 2, respectively.

2.0 Access Road and Formal Easement for Power line Extension Works

The proposed route of the power line extension requires way-leave clearance and therefore it will be the responsibility of the
applicant to provide the following:
I. Well-documented easement rights for the permanent placement of EFL’s power poles, lines and stays; and
II. General unconditional consent for the cutting/trimming of trees from property owners along the proposed route.
EFL will only commence work on this scheme once easement rights are obtained and after receipt of payment.

3.0 Consumer Security Deposit & Meter Connection Fee for Supply Connection

As per Clause 62(a) of the Electricity Regulations 2019, you will be required to pay consumer security deposits equal to the value
of two (2) months assessed energy consumption charges and electricity meter connection fees before the electrical installations
are connected to the supply line. These charges are not included in the capital cost above.

4.0 Commencement of Work

EFL will prepare a work schedule for this project, considering precedent project activities and resource availability, once
payment of the above stated capital cost is made to EFL.

The above offer is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of this letter. Energy Fiji Limited reserves the right to
review the quote should there be a change in the proposed design arising from circumstances beyond its control.
