MINUTES OF THE EXTENSION UNIT MEETING ON FEBRUARY 07, 2020 AT THE

EPP BUILDING CERVANTES CENTRAL SCHOOL, CERVANTES, ILOCOS SUR

A. Preliminaries
1. All extension unit member are present except Ms. Gina Mae A. Baglan, there
was a quorum.
2. The meeting was called to order at 4:00 PM at the Epp Building Cervantes
Central School, Cervantes, Ilocos Sur by the Extension Coordinator Mr.
Severo B. Talipo.
B. Meeting Proper
1. The meeting was preceded by the Extension Coordinator Mr. Severo B.
Talipo.
2. The meeting was called due to the following agenda:
a. Problems occurred during extension program and;
b. Possible steps or solutions to be done to address the problem.
3. The following are some of the problems identified and solutions suggested by
the body.

4. The Extension Coordinator stress to the body that commitment and

5. Being no more business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:00 P.M.
