1. Mi Ultimo Adios was not titled by Jose Rizal. His friend, Mariano Ponce, gave the title
Mi Ultimo Pensamiento while a Fr. Dacanay republished the poem and gave the title Mi
Ultimo Adios which we are all familiar with. Based on the context, what were the reasons
did Rizal not place a title for his last work?

As for my opinion, Rizal created his last sonnets with no title for reasons unknown he
needed the sonnet to be kept mystery. This is likewise to try not to get captured and
perused by Spaniards. He shrouded it inside the gas light and murmured to his Sister
Trinidad that "there was an inside thing." This gives me that he did that to not be taken by
Spaniards.

Furthermore, I did some of examination and it was said that the paper was excessively
little. The paper needs more space for the title. Despite the fact that he did the works
excessively little, the 14-line sonnets don't fit with 15.5 centimeter long and 9.5 centimeter
wide. This may be the motivation behind why his last work doesn't have a title.

To close, the absence of room on the grounds that the paper was excessively little and
to keep it mystery may be the justification Rizal not placing a title in his work. He needs
to place it in a little paper to try not to get captured. I likewise feel that he would not like
to bid farewell. He wasn’t prepared for a goodbye that is the reason he didn't put the title.

2. Based on Mi Ultimo Adios, what are his comments on his last resting place?

Rizal gladly, expresses his views on his final resting place with no regrets, stating that he
would gladly die for his country. He is eager to give his life for the sake of his country.
Jose Rizal, in his line, adores the lovely that he and others strive for. He stated that he is
happy to give his life to the Philippines, despite the fact that his life was brighter, fresher,
and more blessed before he wrote the poem.

In the second stanza, he mentions the men who gave their lives for his homeland. Rizal
stated that their devotion and loyalty to the nation were unquestionable. It makes no
difference if someone is in pain; If it is for the development of the community, all sacrifices
and losses are worth the effort. The poem is about Rizal's love of liberty.

In the final section of the poem, Rizal imagined and wished for what he wanted on his
grave. The moon, sunrise, wind, and a bird should also be seen or felt over his grave,
according to Rizal. The moon's rays could represent a night without the darkness or a
country without oppressors. The imagery of dawn is mirrored here, with dazzling flashes
representing the bright light of rebirth that sheds his honor.

3. In your reading of Mi Ultimo Adios, how did Rizal see the future of the country?

Rizal sees the destiny of our country as being an independent on its very own. He taught
English because of his foresight into the America’s eventual increase. In his Mi Ultimo
Adios, he emphasized, the importance of the destiny, pointing out that our youths are its
hope. he is cherished now not simplest by using Filipinos, but by the complete world.
Within the Propaganda movement, he and his colleagues fought for civil rights and
democracy. He left us a wealthy inheritance, however what he wanted turned into a brief
burial. Rizal also was hoping that his death might serve as an instance for absolutely
everyone. He encourages younger people to maintain dreaming and reaching their
dreams.

Rizal's poem Mi Ultimo Adios become a patriotic farewell to his place of origin, his family,
and, most significantly, his Heavenly Father. He additionally said that he is glad to present
his life inside the provider of his united states. As he said his goodbyes, he additionally
desired to console his parents and loved ones. The poem's final line reads, "To die is to
rest."
