Activity 2A: DO YOU TRULY KNOW YOURSELF?

Part I. Answer the following questions about you as fully and precisely as possible?

1. How would you characterize yourself?

I would characterize myself as an underrated individual who people overlook when I’m
being compared to other people, I tend to not show my capabilities to avoid being too
involved in many things that I don’t have time for other things such as my personal life. I call
myself as an ambivert where I’m quiet and don’t like to socialize with people who have no
relationship with me, but I’m talkative and energetic when it comes to people who I cherish
and trust. I believe that I’m an individual who is capable of taking care of myself now
without the help of others, I’m responsible enough to stand on my own. However, with my
parents and friends still on my side, I rely on them as of the moment because I know it’s
much less of a hassle for me to do everything on my own. Being the only child of the family,
I learned at an early age to be more mature than other people. I make decisions based on
what benefits everyone rather than an individual. I’m a serious person when it comes to
topics where my life can change like romantic relationships, political views, and others. I
plan and study to make decisions on what I believe is right.

2. What makes you special?

What makes me special is I can be the most confident and vocal person in the right setting
but tend to stay quiet, I focus on my intrapersonal being where my ideas are mostly kept
within me.

3. How are you connected to your body?

By not neglecting myself, I form a connection with my body, mind, and soul. I may not
exercise anymore, I take care of myself by performing proper hygiene like cleaning my face,
taking a bath, brushing my teeth, and having an ample amount of sleep. I read books to
remind myself that I can be more. Being a quiet person has its own benefits. I develop my
relationship with my intrapersonal being by talking to my inner self and having solitude with
its presence. I treat my inner self as my safe space where I can freely express my thoughts,
ideas, rants, and dramas without anyone judging me.

4. How are you related to others?

I am related to others through common interests, maybe through materialistic things,
mindset, hobbies, or even through the same course. Like in my current setting of attending
college in BID, I’m related to the people I’m with with the context of being classmates.
Under the context of familiarities such as family, cousins, co-workers we can relate to them.

5. What will happen to you when you die?

I do believe in the concept of heaven and hell, and I believe that when I die, my soul will
come to one of those places. But sometimes I also think of the possibility of the
non-existence of higher beings, heaven and hell, with those in mind, what might happen to
me when I die is just non-existent and my body will just rot and return into nothingness. But
I do hope that when I die, I will be able to make my surroundings a better place. It can be
through the people I’ve interacted with, where I’ve been with, or any thing that I’ve come
across.

● It’s common
knowledge for us to
know that when we

also taken into
consideration the
atheists in which they
think that they will just
turn into nothingness
when they die. But all
of us think of the same
